The Drop Point blade with a plain edge is crafted from Elmax, enhanced with deep cryo treatment for superior performance.The blade is finished with a DLC coating, which stands for ‘Diamond Like Carbon’. This coating is exceptionally hard, even surpassing the hardness of the steel itself. As a result, DLC is highly scratch-resistant and offers excellent protection against corrosion. Although DLC is extremely hard, it is a thin layer, so over time, signs of use will appear.The blade is integrated with a ball bearing system, where the blade itself is part of the ball bearing.The ANV button, designed for both right-handers and left-handers, merges the benefits of a thumb stud with the convenience of a hole in the blade. Once opened, the blade is securely locked in place by an A-lock. The handle is constructed from black composite material G10, which consists of glass fibre and synthetic resin.
