After the success of the Kinetic-Tool, Artisan Cutlery decided to enhance the original design by adding a few small but important details. The result of this upgrade is the excellent Kinetic-Tool II. It preserves the unique construction of a balisong/automatic opening of the original design with a more interesting design. The addition of a pocket clip makes it easier to carry this multitool. The unsharpened "blade" of the Kinetic-Tool II has also been changed to resemble more of a dagger shape. The blade is made of stainless steel 8Cr13MoV. It can be opened in two ways - by using the automatic push-button mechanism and in the typical way for balisongs. The lightweight handle is made of stainless steel.
