BENCHMADE STATION KNIFE, FB, CUTLERY 4010-02

A minimalist workhorse, this ultra-versatile kitchen tool Benchmade Station Knife 4010-02 was built, designed, and manufactured to perform. From field to table, this knife combines the power and exceptional quality of Benchmade’s proprietary SelectEdge® technology for a cut like no other.It is a short, wide kitchen knife that's just as good at processing large meats and vegetables as it is performing more delicate cuts. The knife is great by itself for indoor or outdoor use but will also fit excellently into any existing culinary knife collection. The Clip Point type blade with plain edge and flat grind is made of Stonewashed  CPM-154 stainless steel. Knife has a full-tang construction - blade goes through the whole knife.  Handle is crafted from Maple Valley Richlite and black G10 bolsters. Over time, Richlite®, a paper composite material, will develop a natural patina over time, altering the original color of the material. "Patina” is a natural occurrence in the product that can either darken or lighten depending on exposure to light. Supplied with a plastic sheath (PIM) that allows liquids to drain away from the knife thanks to drain holes.
