The solid blade is made of a chromium, molybdenum, and vanadium alloy (X50CrMoV15), which is perfectly suited for the production of premium kitchen knives. The forged bolster ensures a secure grip and protects the user from possible injury in case of slipping. The special feature of the design of all knives in this series is the gently rounded spine. This makes the knife lightweight and easy to handle in any position, and prevents uncomfortable pressure on the hand - even when applying strong pressure to the spine, for example when performing a rocking cut. Beautifully patterned and perfectly balanced handles made of walnut complete the cohesive and attractive appearance. The peeling knife is particularly useful and has a short blade. All smaller tasks in the kitchen are performed using this knife. As the name suggests, its main task is processing fruits and vegetables.
