COLD STEEL Nodachi (Warrior Series) 88BN

Japanese Emperor series swords have been very popular among many Cold Steel customers since their first introduction almost five years ago. The Warrior series offers affordable swords ready for combat. Although the blades do not have a mirror polished surface, they are equally effective as their more luxurious versions. The long two-handed Nodachi sword was a favorite weapon of infantry units to gain an advantage over cavalry. The Nodachi has a blade made of 1055 high carbon steel. The attractive handle made of hard wood is securely wrapped with black silk cord and features traditional Menuki and Samé (Ray Skin) ornaments. The supplied black Saya (scabbard) is made of hard lacquered wood.
