The Cold Steel Trapper folding knife is a variation of the traditional trapper's knife. It is constructed in the traditional Jack Knife pattern with two polished blades: a sharp-tipped blade for piercing and cutting, and a blade for skinning, both of which open from one end of the knife. It is an obvious choice for all rugged outdoorsmen and border guards, but it is also a useful tool for all kinds of domestic tasks. The blades are made of stainless steel 8Cr13MoV, which is easy to sharpen. They open using a notch in the blade and are held in the open position by a Slipjoint spring system. The knife does not have a true lock. The handle is made of genuine colored bone. The sturdy handle is designed for tough work, even with gloved hands.
