The Direct Action PO-MDH3-CD5-BLK MED POUCH HORIZONTAL MK III® is an enhanced and refined version of our MED POUCH HORIZONTAL. The most notable update is the more prominent MED sign on the front, laser cut into the loop Velcro®, allowing for the addition of various patches, including IR identifiers. The med pouch retains its key features from previous iterations. The partially elastic outer pouch accommodates even more medical supplies while maintaining a slim profile. Although primarily designed to fit on the back of our MOSQUITO Modular Belt Sleeve®, it is versatile enough to be attached to any MOLLE/PALS compatible surface or a gun belt up to 45mm wide. The pouch offers easy, ambidextrous access to the insert via antislip Hypalon® pullers. Inside the zippered insert, first aid essentials are securely held in place with strategically designed elastic loops.
