Candiru is the smallest knife from the Esee collection. This only applies to size, but not to quality and durability. The blade is made of 1095 carbon steel, which is often used by the ESEE company. It has excellent cutting properties and is easy to sharpen. Esee has added a powder coating to the carbon steel blade, which greatly helps against corrosion. However, we recommend storing the knife in a dry place and lubricating/oiling it before storing it. Just to be safe!
