The Gerber Bushcraft hand axe is a compact axe for bushcraft and camping trips. The ergonomic design ensures a good grip even in wet conditions. Cutouts in the handle reduce weight and improve grip for more detailed tasks when holding the axe close to the head. The axe head is forged from carbon steel. The blade is coated with a PTFE surface finish. The head is equipped with a hammer on the back, ideal for tasks such as driving stakes into the ground. The handle is made of durable GFN material and is covered with a rubber layer for good grip, even in wet conditions. Inside the handle, there is a storage rod with 150 cm of paracord and space for a fire starter or fire-making material (not included). This rod is equipped with a sealing ring, so items stored in the axe will remain dry. The axe comes with a nylon sheath.
