The SOFMAK (Special Operations Forces Multi-Purpose Assault Knife) is engineered specifically for SOF units. Recognizing the demanding missions and tough environments faced by our elite forces, the SOFMAK is meticulously crafted to meet the high standards expected by our nation’s best. As a multifunctional tool, the SOFMAK features dual working edges. The primary edge is designed for dynamic applications, with serrations at the blade's base for effective cutting during slashing actions. The 5.3" blade ensures superior penetration, while the spine’s working edge is ideal for routine tasks such as cutting 550 cord, opening packages, and preparing tinder for a fire. This secondary edge helps maintain the primary edge's razor-sharpness. The SOFMAK sheath provides versatile mounting options, including horizontal and vertical carry on a belt and MOLLE compatibility for attachment to a plate carrier or other gear. Forged from a solid piece of premium Bohler K340 tool steel and enhanced with a PVD coating, the SOFMAK offers outstanding durability and corrosion resistance.
