The Master Edge knife sharpening system includes a pair of medium (gray, 800 grit) and fine (white, 1000 grit) ceramic rods for sharpening and polishing in professional quality. The system also includes a medium ceramic triangular rod that sharpens all types of serrations, as well as fish hooks and barbs. It has three most common sharpening angles: 17°, 20°, and 25°, a rubber non-slip base, easy rod attachment, and integrated hand protection.
