The MKM Maximo is a sturdy pocket knife, crafted by the renowned Bob Terzuola, a pioneer in the modern tactical knife arena. For over three decades, his designs have been at the forefront of the pocket knife industry. The MKM Maximo incorporates many design elements familiar from his custom creations, such as the subtle swedge on the blade's spine and the distinctive shape of the flipper—hallmarks of Terzuola's style. The blade is crafted from Böhler M390 steel, known for its exceptional edge retention and remarkable wear resistance. Additionally, it boasts excellent corrosion resistance. With a thickness of 4 mm, the blade is quite substantial, providing extra durability for a pocket knife intended for practical use. You can deploy the blade using the flipper or one of the thumb studs, and once open, a frame lock secures it firmly in place. The frag pattern on the handle is visually striking and commonly found on tactical pocket knives, making its presence on the Maximo fitting. This pattern not only enhances the knife's appearance but also improves grip. This particular MKM Maximo model features a handle made from titanium, ensuring an ideal balance in weight.
