ROSELLI Small fish knife, UHC RW256 Roselli Small Fish Knife is a compact knife designed mainly for processing fish. Thanks to its lightweight handle, it won't sink, so you can comfortably take it with you even on the water. The design is based on traditional working knives that can easily handle tasks in the forest or workshop. The blade is made of forged steel with ultra-high carbon content. The blade thickness at the handle is 1.1 mm, tapering down to 0.5 mm towards the tip. The handle is made of curly birch which has been treated with linseed oil - this ensures a firm grip even in wet conditions. The knife is made, sharpened, and hand-finished in the Finnish town of Harmoinen. Therefore, each product is unique. Patterns and texture of natural materials may vary. Comes with a handmade case made of Finnish leather.
