Fox PHI builds on the roots of the Filipino Balisong knives and presents a modern interpretation of the iconic knife that has indelibly inscribed itself in the world of knives. Designer Vincenzo Fiore chose a puristic approach, resulting in a minimalist model that literally invites you to touch it. Typical of these knives, also called "Butterfly," are handle halves rotated by 180°. The blade of the PHI knife is made of noble Super Dense Twist Damascus steel from Damasteel, which promises extreme reliability in cutting thanks to high wear resistance and toughness. The handles are made of bronze-colored titanium and do not have the usual circular cutouts. The absence of the usual closing mechanism at the end of the handle also ensures a clean appearance, making the knife elegantly slender.
