Spyderco FB23SBBK Aqua Salt Lightweight Black Black Blade/H1 Newer Aqua Salt - better than ever before. Blade with matte titanium carbide (TiCN) coating eliminates any glare. It is made of stainless steel H1. It is a highly corrosion resistant steel, suitable for knives used on boats, ships, near water, as carbon has been replaced by nitrogen. Serrated edge on the blade reaches almost to the tip. You will appreciate it when cutting ropes, straps and cords. The handle is made of black FRN material. It is a laminate reinforced with glass fiber nylon. It has a two-sided texture for a firm grip and greater security when working with wet hands. For increased safety when working in wet environments, the handle has a hole for attaching a wrist strap. The knife has a black polymer sheath with a multi-position G-Clip. The G-Clip can be attached to any side of the sheath, configured to support various carrying options. It can be worn horizontally as well as vertically.
