This version of the Bodacious enhances its capabilities with a blade made from CPM® SPY27® stainless steel. Unique to Spyderco, this premium steel features a proprietary blend of alloys, including vanadium, molybdenum, niobium, and nitrogen. The advanced composition is further enhanced by its key element—cobalt—and the cutting-edge Crucible Particle Metallurgy process, resulting in a blade steel that delivers outstanding toughness, corrosion resistance, and edge retention.
