It is suitable for saltwater and marine environments. The blade is full-flat ground, enhancing its cutting performance to the maximum. It is fully serrated along its length towards the blunt tip. The blunt tip is ideal for rescue actions and kayakers who often use knives around inflatable boats. It opens easily with a round hole in the blade, even with one hand. The blade lock is located on the top side of the handle and is a strong and reliable Compression Lock, which is also easy to operate. The handle is made of Yellow/Black G-10 material and reinforced with stainless steel liners. The pocket clip is black and reversible for two-position carry. For added safety when working near water, the handle has a lanyard hole. It is available in multiple variants and is one of the latest additions to the Spyderco Salt family.
