The compact EDC knife Spyderco Persistence is a smaller version of the Tenacious model. The blade is made of stainless steel 8Cr13MoV with a black surface finish. The large circular cutout on the blade is used for better and easier opening with the thumb. In the open position, the blade is held by the Linerlock safety lock. The handle is made of lightweight FRN material. It is reinforced with steel inserts, which strengthens it without adding noticeable weight. There is a lanyard hole at the end of the handle. The knife is equipped with a pocket clip for carrying.
