The Wüsthof Gourmet Utility knife is ideal for cutting small pieces of meat, fruit, and vegetables with its 12 cm long blade. So it's a real utility knife! The blade is made of a single piece of chrome-molybdenum-vanadium steel and hardened up to 56 Rockwell. The ergonomic shape fits comfortably in the hand, allowing you to continue working without straining your hands. The knives are NSF approved and can therefore be used in a professional kitchen.
