XIN Cutlery XC135 XinCraft Chef Knife is an evolutional try combining traditional san mai forging process with high-end selective materials. Use the knife to cut fruits, vegetables, fish and meats with no bones. It applies 440C core san mai forged steel, with high hardness after vacuum heat treatment and super edge retention, and 410 stainless steel for the outer edges with nice corrosion resistance. Handle is made of stabilized spalted maple wood and joint with brass spacer. The whole knife body is full tang structure and handy enough to help on flexible cutting tasks.
