A FEW TIPS :) - Oil highlighters are best applied over clean skin or makeup created with creamy or liquid products (the combination of oil highlighter and pressed powder can create small lumps if applied in a thick layer). - Oil highlighters are best applied with your fingers (a beauty blender and brush can absorb the oil component and reduce that ''oily effect'' on the skin).
