Spyderco C223GS Para 3 G-10 Black Spyderco - The Para 3 is the latest generation of the well-known Paramilitary folding knife family. Its history dates back to 2004, when the first series of Paramilitary knives was created. Based on that, Para 3 faithfully preserves all the characteristic features of its predecessor, the best-selling Paramilitary 2, but in a smaller, more compact package. Although the Para 3 is clearly based on the Paramilitary 2, it was not named "Paramilitary 3" because the number "3" actually reflects the length of the blade, three inches, rather than being the third generation of parametric design. This knife has its own "identity" as a separate Spyderco product. It is made with different steel options, as well as various handle color variations. The blade is made of CPM-S45VN steel, with a fully serrated edge. It is ground from the spine, giving it exceptional cutting properties. The open blade is locked by a solid Compression Lock, located on the back of the handle, enabling easy one-handed opening and closing. The handle is black in color, made of G-10 material, and reinforced with stainless steel liners for increased strength and durability. The pocket clip is four-position, allowing you to carry it according to your needs. The solid lanyard hole on the handle allows for the use of a lanyard.
