The Blue River series was inspired by the Blue River, a tributary of the Colorado River, inhabited by the Arapaho Native American tribe. The series of tools honors the culture of warriors and excellent hunters of this tribe. The Blue River series features a walnut handle with an embedded turquoise stone, reminiscent of the origin of turquoise jewelry characteristic of Native Americans, as well as a natural, rustic blade finish that pays tribute to the warrior spirit of this tribe and their skill to survive. The full tang construction blade is made of carbon steel 1075. The handle is made of durable walnut wood and turquoise. At the end of the handle, there is a hole for threading a cord.
