This Izula is named after the aggressive ant from the Peruvian jungle. It symbolizes a knife that should not be underestimated for its size! Izula is a very versatile fixed blade knife. It can be easily stored in a bag or worn as a neck knife. Despite its size, it provides a really good grip. The knife has a hole on the back that provides an additional grip when you slide your pinky through it. Of course, you can also make a handle out of paracord to create a better grip. ESEE also manufactures original handle parts if you prefer that. In that case, the knife is of course slightly larger. The blade is made of 1095 carbon steel, which ESEE often uses. It has excellent cutting properties and can be easily sharpened. ESEE added a black powder coating to the carbon steel blade, which greatly helps against corrosion. However, we recommend storing the knife in a dry place and lubricating it before storing it. Just to be sure! The Izula comes with a zytel sheath that securely holds the knife. The sheath comes with a sturdy steel clip and allows for attachment to a belt.
