When producing blades, Muela uses various types of steel such as 12C27 Sandvik, 14C28N, molybdenum-vanadium steel MOVA 60 with a hardness of 57-61 HRC, Inox 1-42 steel with a hardness of 54-58 HRC, and blades marked 440 are made of Mova-60E steel.
