The Ontario RAT I ON8848DT from Randall's Adventure Training is a folding EDC knife that can withstand hard use associated with tactical or survival tasks. The RAT 1 is a time-tested closing knife for everyday use. The Drop Point blade is made of stainless steel AUS-8, with flat grind and Satin finish. You can easily open the pocket knife with the double thumb stud. Once opened the blade is locked by a solid linkerlock. As such the pocket knife will never close during use.  The handle is made from  nylon in Desert Tan colour.  The handle is smooth enough to never damage your pocket. Is nicely shaped and feels great in hand and has also been enhanced with a lanyard eye. The pocket clip can be attached in four different positions. Up, down, left, right. On each side you can find mounting holes. As such you can carry the knife 'tip-up, tip-down' and left and right-handed.
