Opinel T-Duo Blue 002427 polymer peeler for peeling vegetables and preparing julienne sticks. It is fitted with one micro-serrated blade that lets you peel vegetables with thin or thick skins, and a second blade for cutting vegetables into fine strips and preparing julienne sticks. It also has a eye-removing scoop for potatoes. Suitable for both left and right handed users, the grip is comfortable and secure.  The T-Duo polymer peeler is dishwasher safe. Blade is made of stainless steel, that offers excellent sharpness and high resistance to abrasion (wear) which allows it to withstand regular contact with hard materials. The stainless steel used in OPINEL blades is a grade optimized to guarantee both high corrosion resistance and high mechanical performance.  The handle is made of high quality polymer in blue colour.
