The SOG Kiku XR is a great EDC pocket knife designed by Kiku Matsuda. This Japanese knife maker is known for his extravagant blade shapes and their grind. This is evident at first glance of the Kiku XR model, which combines the rarely used recurve shape with the popular tanto shape. Very peculiar and at the same time typical for Kiku. The blade is made of high-quality CTS-XHP steel. Thanks to the cryogenic treatment, the XHP steel excels in sharpness even after long-term use. The blade opens with a flipper or via the hole in the blade and is held in the open position by the XR-lock safety. The handle with its rich 3D shape is made of durable G10 material and carbon fiber.
